Sapporo abura soba, no need to "tune" it yourself
Sapporo Abura Soba Tenshou Yamakichi
A new abura soba (oil-based ramen noodle) specialty shop produced by the ramen restaurant "Yoshiyama Shoten" has opened in Susukino. Here you can taste a new take on abura soba, taking the existing "Sapporo Abura Soba" to the next level. Rather than the usual oyster-sauce-based version, "Tensho Yamakichi" style is built on a ramen-tare base with a rich seafood dashi, tossed with a sauce blended with chili oil and vinegar. It's proudly sold as "abura soba you don't need to tune yourself" - a confident bowl that's perfectly balanced right out of the kitchen. It's not too heavy even as an oil noodle dish, so it's great as a late-night finisher too.
