This shop was born from a strong desire to recreate an old-fashioned, classic kissaten (Japanese-style coffeehouse). The plastic food samples lined up at the entrance, the cloth oshibori towels you rarely see these days, siphon-brewed coffee - this retro charm is the very essence of a genuine kissaten. The menu also has all the classics, like curry, sandwiches, Napolitan spaghetti, and ice cream floats, plus of course coffee, since it is a coffeehouse after all. And although it's fundamentally a kissaten, they also serve alcohol, so you can stop by for a light drink on your way home. Why not pay a visit and soak up the nostalgic, good-old-days atmosphere?
