Propecho, the popular oyster restaurant known as Sapporo's only spot with an in-house oyster sommelier, has relocated and reopened after a full renewal. A new lava-stone pizza oven has been installed, so you can now enjoy homemade pizza and baguettes too. The pizza is a premium treat topped with high-grade mozzarella, freshly sliced salami, and an original sauce, and the store's signature oyster-topped pizza is popular as well. The baguette isn't limited to pairing with aïoli or pasta sauce either — adding the rich flavor of oysters gives it a unique twist. And of course, just like before the renewal, you can still eat your fill of oysters.
