A restaurant specializing in waterless Staub pot cooking
I was busy.
Probably the only restaurant in Sapporo specializing in Staub pot cooking. The biggest feature of these French-made Staub pots is that they excel at waterless cooking, which locks in aroma and nutrients for a wonderfully concentrated flavor you can only get this way. At "I was busy.", you can choose your own ingredients, cooking method, and sauce, so you can enjoy a waterless pot dish tailored completely to your taste. Why not relax and enjoy it as a meal or as a side dish with drinks, in a dining room with the atmosphere of a log cabin? By the way, the dessert bar Melty, known for its late-night parfaits, is a sister restaurant.
