Bite right into hearty bone-in meat
Honetsuki Niku Senmon Tokutaro
Opened as a sister restaurant to the retro-style izakaya "Suzuki Tokutaro Shoten," this is Sapporo's first restaurant specializing in bone-in meat. You can dig into hearty chicken dishes and even finish off the night with ramen. The drink selection is rich in shochu and sake too, including the Jim Beam highball made with high-pressure carbonated water that Tokutaro Shoten is known for, plus original drinks like "Toku-Hai" (shochu with non-alcoholic beer instead of Hoppy). Prices are reasonable, and there's no table charge, which is another appealing point. It's an easy place to stop by for just one drink on your way home too.
